Who is the client and what did they need?
Recruvia is an AI-powered recruitment marketing platform. Employers use it to run programmatic job advertising, which means software decides where each job ad goes and how much to spend on it.
Recruvia wanted to push that further with an AI agent. The agent should reach the right candidates on the right platforms, post jobs without manual work, make recruitment budgets go further, and give clients a better experience.
The market is crowded, and Recruvia saw this as a way to stand apart. They partnered with Xpiderz to build it. We call the agent HireSignal. It brings together smart algorithms, real-time data, and AI automation so hiring gets quicker and costs less effort.
What did Recruvia need from a partner?
Recruvia needed one team that was strong in two areas at once: solid software development and hands-on AI and machine learning engineering. The work had three aims.
- A smarter platform. Build an AI agent that posts jobs by itself and also works out which candidates to reach and on which platforms.
- Less manual work. Automate the routine steps so budgets are spent well and job ads land in the right places.
- A better client experience. Give clients faster replies and more personal support through AI automation.
Put simply, Recruvia wanted every job posting to reach qualified people, without waste and without delay.
How does HireSignal work?
HireSignal is an AI agent that sits inside the Recruvia platform. It reads live campaign data, decides where a job ad should run, posts it, and shifts budget toward the places that bring in good applicants.
It also helps on the support side. Clients can ask about their campaigns and get a quick answer that fits their account, without waiting for a person to look things up.
We worked side by side with Recruvia's product and technical teams the whole way. That kept the agent in line with what they expected and left a clean base for the features they plan to add.
We delivered the work in four phases:
-
Stakeholder Engagement
We held detailed sessions with Recruvia's teams to pin down what the agent had to achieve and how it should improve recruitment results.
-
Intelligent Automation
Using real-time data, we built a framework that posts jobs automatically and decides how the budget is split across platforms.
-
AI Agent Development
We built the agent on LangChain so it can make decisions by itself. RAG pulls the right metadata from vector databases. Semantic routers steer each request down the right workflow, and a semantic cache cuts waiting time for questions the agent has seen before.
-
Scalable Cloud Infrastructure
The solution runs on Google Cloud for steady performance as usage grows. Looker dashboards show campaign data as it comes in.
What technology is under the hood?
- LangChain is the framework behind the agent's automated decisions.
- RAG with vector databases gives the agent the right job and campaign metadata before it acts or answers.
- Semantic routers read what a request means and send it to the matching workflow.
- A semantic cache reuses earlier answers to similar questions, which lowers latency and cost.
- Google Cloud hosts the solution and scales with demand.
- Looker turns real-time data into dashboards the team can read at a glance.
Project Snapshot
What was delivered?
The client keeps its exact figures private, so here is what shipped.
What did the client get out of it?
The agent changed how the Recruvia platform works, for the clients who use it and for the team that runs it.
- Faster responses. Clients get answers quickly, without waiting on manual lookups.
- Personal support. Replies fit each client's account and campaigns.
- Better hiring results. Job ads reach qualified people on the platforms where they are active.
- Lower overhead. Routine tasks run by themselves and ad distribution is tuned, which cut operational cost by a wide margin.
What happens next?
HireSignal is already live for Recruvia's internal users. The full customer rollout is the next step, and it will put the agent in front of every employer on the platform. The build was planned with later features in mind, so new abilities can be added without starting over.
