Hive AI
A five-slide product marketing deck positioning YaseenAI's Hive as the AI-powered canvas for work and ideas. One surface where teams think, build, and collaborate.
Business Overview
YaseenAI builds Hive, an AI-powered canvas for work and ideas. It is one surface where teams write, brainstorm, plan, and collaborate, with AI woven through all of it.
That breadth is a strength in the product and a problem in the pitch. YaseenAI asked Xpiderz to design a product marketing deck a new user could read in a minute and walk away with one clear idea: one canvas, many ways to work.
Challenge
A flexible product resists a short story. Hive covers writing, brainstorming, planning, and collaboration, and each of those could fill a deck on its own. Listing features side by side would have flattened the product into a wall of capabilities.
The brief was compression: take all of that breadth and land it in five slides, without losing what makes the canvas feel open. Whoever reads the deck, an investor, a partner, or a first-time user, should come away with the same single idea.
Solution
Instead of a feature list, we structured the deck as a journey through the questions every new user actually asks: what is this, what can I do with it, how do I work with others, how flexible is it, and how does the AI help.
Each slide answers exactly one question, and every answer points back to the same organizing idea. The deck reads in order, but each slide also stands on its own, so the story lands without a live walkthrough.
The five slides, one question at a time:
-
What is Hive?
The cover slide introduces Hive in one line: an AI-powered canvas for work and ideas. No feature talk yet, just the mental model the rest of the deck builds on.
-
What can I do with it?
A tour of the use cases: writing, brainstorming, planning, and everything in between, all happening on the same surface instead of scattered across separate tools.
-
How do we work together?
The collaboration slide shows a team sharing one canvas rather than passing files around, so working with others feels like part of the product, not a feature bolted on.
-
How flexible is the canvas?
This slide shows the surface adapting to different kinds of work instead of forcing one layout, which is the heart of the "many ways to work" half of the idea.
-
How does the AI help?
The closing slide answers the question everyone saves for last: the AI shows up inside the work, on the canvas, right where you need it.
Visual System
Because Hive is a canvas, the deck behaves like one. Open layouts, clear hierarchy, and a steady visual rhythm let each feature breathe without losing the thread of the larger story.
Under the slides sits a unified type, color, and layout system built as modular Figma components. The same kit extends cleanly into landing pages, product launches, and pitch presentations, so future work starts from the deck instead of from scratch.
Outcome
One deck, five questions answered, and a mental model that carries into everything the team ships next:
- Journey-based deck. Five slides built around "one canvas, many ways to work," so the full story lands without a live walkthrough.
- Reusable framework. A five-question spine the team can reuse for other stories, keeping future decks consistent with this one.
- Clean handoff. A Figma source file plus high-resolution exports, ready for investor, partner, and internal audiences.
Next Steps
The narrative framework and visual kit now give YaseenAI a consistent way to introduce Hive, whatever the audience. The next surfaces, from launch landing pages to onboarding walkthroughs, can build on the same components and the same five-question spine, so the story stays the same everywhere the product shows up.
